UBCUK Doubles Office Space Capacity in Fleet
Following a consistently high level of demand and occupancy, UBCUK Ltd is set to double its workspace accommodation by taking on a newly refurbished building at Ancells Business Park in Fleet, Hampshire.
UBCUK currently operates a successful business centre at Sentinel House, based on Ancells Business Park in Fleet, Hampshire. Sentinel House has served as a sought-after workplace facility and business support hub for startups and SMEs since 2008.
Demand has always remained consistently high, and over the past two years interest has soared both from local firms and national businesses looking to become established in the area.
As such, UBCUK is delighted to announce a new agreement for 17,212 sq ft of Grade A office space at the adjacent building, which is currently undergoing a full refurbishment at the hands of The Merbrook Business Property Unit Trust, owners of the building.
The space is being fully refitted to create a bespoke environment for UBCUK to operate as a business centre, with fully serviced office space, fitted meeting rooms and reception facilities spread over two floors. Larger firms seeking longer-term managed offices will also have the opportunity to design their own space through UBCUK's Corporate Solutions option.
UBCUK currently provides flexible workspace for over 15 businesses at Sentinel House, and upon scheduled completion of the refurbishment in July 2015, UBC will relocate its existing business centre to the adjacent building. The new centre will provide clients with a smart, modern environment from which to run their businesses.
Following the relocation, UBCUK will then begin a programme of refurbishment at its former building. Upon completion, UBCUK will have almost doubled its Fleet workspace, offering additional accommodation for new clients.
