The quality of the business centre, the professionalism of the reception and facilities management staff, the look and feel of the waiting and reception areas really impress our clients and has helped to grow our business.
This centre is an excellent base for my business and covers all my needs and more. I have no plans to leave as all is catered for under one roof. The centre is exceptionally clean and professional. The staff are amazing and take care of all my calls and visitors. They act like my personal reception team and take care of all my requirements.
Working in an office alone could be difficult but knowing the UBC staff are just down the corridor makes me feel part of a team. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are always happy to help. It’s obvious they enjoy what they do. When I recently hurt my back the girls were amazing bringing my deliveries to the office and regularly popping into my office to check on my well-being.
The UBC team on site feel like part of the EAST VILLAGE. family, always ensuring that we’re happy and have everything we need, and it’s great when people comment on how friendly the team is when they visit us for meetings.
Used UBC during our Office refurbishment, from start to finish was very impressed by the professionalism of all we meet and had dealings with. The offices where very modern, clean and smart and configured and laid out as per our needs. Any issues where quickly resolved and always with a smile and a “we can sort that for you” attitude, no problem was too big for the UBC staff to deal with. Receptionist where friendly even on wet and grey Mondays. The Management where always on hand if needed, and quick to help both in our planning of the move and while we were in the building. The use of the offices was easy and affordable, while the consultation and setting up of the office went really smooth prior to our arrival. Would use them again, it’s that simple.
UBC describe themselves as a "hotel for business" and I think that's pretty accurate. Its been perfect for us as a small business to grow comfortably without all the usual hassle of owning or leasing office space. The offices come fully furnished or you can bring your own (including art work etc). The staff are brilliant, clients are always impressed when they come here and we have everything we need. Highly recommended.
We have been at UBC since May 2016. Its is located within a few minutes walk from the city centre and from Snow hill station. Having previously moved office twice in as many years we have settled here and are extremely happy. The management team are fantastic - always friendly, open to any suggestions and quick to respond when there are any issues to resolve. I would highly recommend anyone moving to Birmingham city centre to look at these offices.
A lovely place to work in a great location. UBC Southampton has a very professional appearance and people love coming to the office for meetings. The staff at UBC are great and happy to help however they can. We've been with them for nearly 8 years.
