Rapid Response Aviation Team Sets Up Cirencester HQ

UBC is pleased to welcome an exciting new addition to its Cirencester business centre.

Screen4 is a successful UK-wide organisation headquartered in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, which has recently set up a new team location in the Cotswolds as part of its national - and international - expansion plan.

"The decision to set up a sales team was only taken in September 2015, and the task of finding suitable premises began," said Gaynor Hutton, business development manager for Screen4.

As an international drug and alcohol testing company operating chiefly in the aviation market, accessibility is an important part of Screen4's choice of location - in addition to round-the-clock access to their office.

"Of specific importance to us was the ability to access the offices 24/7. Having worldwide clients means having worldwide time clocks!" said Gaynor. "In addition, a robust and reliable communications package matters to us as we cannot afford to be out of contact for a second."

Gaynor explained that some of the work undertaken by Screen4 involves 'rapid response' call outs to client sites within 2hrs, which can come from anywhere in mainland UK. Such is the team's level of dedication that Screen4 now counts such well-known brands as Emirates and Qatar among their clients.

Rapid response is essential as an investigation often pitches the team against the clock. "Sometimes clients need to immediately investigate accidents and incidents and will call in Screen4 with a view to ascertaining whether drugs and/or alcohol were contributory factors in the incident."

And as the company continues to expand its client base, it's not just aviation companies that require Screen4's services.

"With the ever increasing awareness of health and safety issues, we find ourselves poised to expand into the UK workplace market in such industries as construction and rail sub-contractors, recycling companies, scaffolding companies, utilities providers and many, many more."

This expansion is supported by their new Cirencester location, which not only provides round-the-clock access and fully connected offices; it also delivers day-to-day assistance and receptionist support by UBC's on-site customer service team.

"We considered several options but it very quickly became clear that UBC offers us everything we need," said Gaynor.

"Having settled in very quickly, I am more than happy that we made the correct decision - the UBC team here in Cirencester is friendly and approachable and all our requests have been met with a smile.

"We look forward to increasing our business and hopefully cementing our relationship with UBC for many years to come. Thank you!"
