UBC signs up for new 20 year lease in Cirencester

UBC is pleased to announce that it has recently signed a new lease for 15,622 Sq ft at Unit 9, Tetbury Road, Cirencester Office Park from Morcroft Property Developments for a 20 year term.

UBC already offers Serviced offices at this location and the new lease will facilitate expansion in Cirencester with the addition of up to 60 new workstations at the Business Centre available from early 2015.

UBC operates a growing list of business locations throughout the UK where they provide a plug and play, fully furnished office environment to accommodate SME’s of all sizes.  UBC’s consists of mainly out of town offices in business park locations, but in 2014 UBC opened their first City Centre serviced office at 65 Church Street, Birmingham and expect to be able announce further expansion to the portfolio in early 2015.

The site comes with an end-to-end service offering that allows clients to have a fully functional office from the minute they move in. The proposition includes everything from furniture and telecoms, to IT and secretarial staff. Meeting rooms can be hired by the hour, refreshments are available and there are plenty of communal areas for more informal catch-ups.

Simple, flexible contracts

Contracts with UBC can be adapted to suit the client. They can be taken out for a month or up to three years depending on preference and with the ability to upsize or downsize as appropriate. There is also a flexispace option that allows businesses to select only the services they need.
